Cheddar Bay Biscuit® Cod Sandwich
Add a lil bit (or a big dollop) of slaw to our Cheddar Bay cod, slap two sides of a bun around it and bite into yuuu-uuuuuuummy.

Ingredients
- 4 filets frozen Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit (1 pack)
- 1 1⁄2 cups thinly shredded green cabbage
- 1⁄4 cup shredded carrot
- 1⁄3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp honey
- 1⁄4 tsp celery salt
- 1⁄8 tsp white pepper
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 4 brioche sandwich buns
- 2 tbsp room temperature butter
- 8 Bibb lettuce leaves
- 1⁄3 cup tartar sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 F degrees.
- To make the Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Cod follow package directions.
- To make the slaw, in a medium size bowl, whisk apple cider vinegar, honey, celery salt, white pepper, and salt. Toss in green cabbage, red cabbage, and shredded carrots.
- Slice buns in half to open and spread a thin layer of butter on both cut sides.
- Toast buns cut side down on a flat pan or griddle at medium heat until golden and slightly crunchy.
- Sandwich - Place lettuce on bottom bun, then add cod. Spoon on coleslaw and place bun lid on top.
- Divide the tartar sauce into 4 ramekins and serve beside each sandwich.
- Alternate cooking method - The buns can also be toasted on a hot tray in the oven for 5 minutes.
